Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By accessing JSRdigi services, consulting solutions, or digital products, you agree to comply with our service framework.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, hiring JSRdigi for digital marketing, performance ad management, Amazon PPC, UI/UX design, or custom software development, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess sufficient legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Service Scope & Deliverables
JSRdigi delivers end-to-end digital services as agreed upon in official proposals, statements of work (SOW), or invoices:
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide required brand assets, copy, access credentials, and timely feedback needed to execute projects on schedule.
- Remote Delivery Model: Services are managed online via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and secure cloud repositories.
Payments & Billing Terms
Retainer services (monthly SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon PPC management) are billed upfront on a monthly billing cycle.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client (custom graphic assets, website codebases, campaign creative copy) become the exclusive property of the client.
JSRdigi retains ownership over proprietary frameworks, pre-existing developer toolkits, algorithms, and general marketing templates utilized during execution.
Limitation of Liability & Performance Disclaimer
While JSRdigi leverages state-of-the-art marketing methodologies and industry-proven tactics, digital advertising performance and search rankings depend heavily on algorithmic factors controlled by third parties (such as Google, Meta, and Amazon), market dynamics, and competitive conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSRdigi's aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to JSRdigi during the preceding 30-day billing cycle.
Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate monthly recurring retainers by providing a written notice 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Outstanding deliverables completed prior to termination remain payable.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
