4. Payment Terms

All intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment, except for:

• Previous works and portfolios

6. Limitation of Liability

JSR Digi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the project contract terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
